Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms describe the scope of the BillMile service, user responsibilities, and the operating boundaries of the product in its current phase. BillMile is a WhatsApp-first document preparation tool for owner-operators and carriers.

Service scope

BillMile prepares documents and evidence packages. It does not broker freight, factor invoices, or move money in this phase.

Decision authority

Users remain responsible for reviewing extracted amounts and approving any final PDF before it is sent or used commercially.

1. Nature of the service

BillMile is a software service that helps organize freight paperwork, extract relevant billing data, and prepare invoice or evidence PDFs. It is not a freight broker, legal representative, or factoring provider.

2. User review and approval

BillMile may use AI-assisted extraction to read RateCons, PODs, receipts, and related documents. Because automated extraction can be wrong, the product is designed around user confirmation before a final PDF is generated.

3. No legal or financial advisory role

BillMile can prepare structured documentation that may help with detention, OS&D, or invoice follow-up, but it does not provide legal advice, insurance advice, or claims representation.

4. Communications consent

By using the service through WhatsApp, users consent to receive transactional and operational messages related to document intake, invoice preparation, support, and account management. Users can opt out of proactive communication by contacting support or using supported stop commands where available.

5. Responsibility and limits

Users agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and their own commercial agreements. BillMile's liability is limited to the extent allowed by the governing agreement and does not extend to operational decisions made by the user or third parties.

6. Questions
